Welcome to Vector Link VPN ("Vector Link", "we", "our", or "us"). Vector Link provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that allows users to browse the internet securely and privately. By using our services, you ("you", "your", "user", or "customer") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vector Link.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

Eligibility and Account

To use Vector Link, you must be at least 13 years of age or have consent from a parent or guardian. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vector Link is incorporated (Wyoming, USA).

Waiver and Severability: Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the parties agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice to you.

Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

Language: These Terms may be available in multiple languages. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
